While the primary care market comprising of Anti-infective and pain management continue to contribute large volumes, the growths are driven by the chronic therapies like cardio vascular and Diabetes.

The Company operates across the country and provides a broad range of sales force coverage with over 800 sales experts covering hospitals, clinics and pharmacies. We recruit only bio science graduate across countries at a fast pace. Our team is high on discipline, values and ethics. We do regular audits to validate customer list and prescription base. Because of our presence Pan India and our multi line businesses we have access to customer lists across all specialties Pan India. We work on managerial span in the ratio of 1:5 and have time tested SOP’s for market development activities ensuring better ROI.
Training is our strength, both class room as well as on the job. We have web based reporting for field staff which generates requisite data for aligning and improving field operations.
We operate Pan India through 25 Consignee Agents & 730 Stockists meeting needs of
75,000 Doctors and 73,000 Chemists.
Regulatory
The regulatory team has the knowledge and expertise required to offer a wide range of regulatory services such as registering prescription drugs (NCE’s NDA’s and generics), biologics, OTC drugs, traditional medicines, medical devices and obtaining approvals for clinical trials of all phases across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
With extensive experience, this also puts us in the advantageous situation of being able to provide consultancy services which encompass registration strategies, the overview of registration requirements and a consolidated approach towards the registration of medicinal products.
